The Fielding Estate Winery Unoaked Chardonnay is a fun, easy-drinking wine with layers. Truthfully, it is the layers that get you. At a highly affordable price point in the LCBO vintages section, this 'wine find' is a must-try.

An intriguing lemon/lime medley is present on the nose, along with pear, peach, apple, melon, and a flint-like minerality.

On the palate, the citrus persists; green apple skin, pear, nectarine, cantaloupe, and a nutty edge are present. On the finish, ripe citrus perseveres, rounding out the lively acidity profile on the palate.
