When westerners think Mexican cuisine, they, unfortunately, think habanero only, and this event will prove that association to be hogwash! Mexican cuisine is rich in flavours and history. This cuisine's knack for matching the right meats with the right spices is truly commendable.
At this event, our private chef will walk us through various Mexican dishes giving us a look at the versatility of the cuisine. We'll then take that versatility one step further and pair these foods with wine!
About Fall Into Spice
The team behind Fall Into Spice are individuals from the African-Caribbean and Latin Diaspora. Our passion is wine, and our heart is in spreading that love of wine to our respective communities.
This fall, we’re bringing four culinary food and wine events to Toronto that will give the community a chance to see how tropical cuisine and wine can be a match made in heaven.
