We’re priming for Spring Into Spice (literally, the first event is less than a month away from this one) with some kick-butt virtuals, and here’s the 3rd event in the virtual lineup:  Jerk and Ting!

The What:

Jerk meat is often misunderstood. Yes, you have some that will put too much scotch bonnet pepper in their seasoning, therefore covering up all of the beautiful flavours commingling. However, if made right, Jerk gives you a chance to experience what a bevy of spices can do when they magically dance on your palate!

Because of Jerk’s complex flavour profile, it gives us so much to work with and talk about when it comes to wine pairing.

 

I’ll send you:

• 2 jerk meat dishes done in different ways.

• Some festival, cause that’s what you do when you send someone a jerk anything.

• 1 bottle of our featured and highlighted wine, hand-selected to pair with the jerk flavour profiles and the festival we’ll be tasting that day.

• Two 4oz samples of additional pairing wines.

• We’ll even walk through the flavour profile of our festival!
